AYRSHIRE & GLASGOW WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
Welcome to the home of Esther Morgan Photography.
I'm Gemma, an extroverted introvert, I'm a bit like a labrador puppy who'll get slightly over-excited at the mentions of weddings & when I finally get to meet you in person. I get a little bit bouncy!
I've been taking photos constantly, to the dismay of my family for almost a decade.
I fell into the world of weddings almost 3 years ago and wouldn't want it any other way.
To be lucky enough to become part of such a magical day in your life and meet all your favourite people, who wouldn't love their job?!
HYBRID WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
I'm what we call in my line of work - a unicorn?!
A unicorn, or the boring term - hybrid shooter will capture stills & film during your wedding.
I offer cinematic, motion-filled films to go alongside your gallery of still images. If you want to know what you can get if you hire me for your wedding, click here to see a gorgeous hybrid hilltop wedding.
Come on now, who doesn't want to work with a real live UNICORN!
The face behind the business name.
This is not me - but it could be!
My Nan - Esther Morgan was my amazing Grandmother on my mum's side.
She was an incredible mum to her 3 sons and 1 daughter, one of the strongest, kindest, most resilient women I've ever had the pleasure of knowing and I had the absolute privilege of being named after her.
After raising her own family, we were lucky enough to also live with her growing up and she helped my mum raise my little sister and me.
I know that if she was still with us now, she would be so excited to be involved with my 4 boys. My mum and I often talk about how she'll be laughing at us with all the chaos and craziness my 4 boys cause.
Creativity and imagination flowed from her, she always pushed for my sister and I to create our own ways to play as children, giving us little ideas here and there to get us started.
She loved plants and flowers, reading and playing the piano. She loved teaching my sister and I how to grow and look after vegetables in the greenhouse we had growing up.
I could talk about her forever and a day! I'm just glad you go to find out a little about this absolute gem of a woman!
